Permatex and s 500 High Heat Epoxy is the first and only high temperature liquid syringe epoxy! Ideal for surface repairs with high temperatures such as under-hood automotive and home repair. This high temperature epoxy withstands 2X higher temperatures compared to standard epoxies that traditionally breakdown at 250F. Ideal for under-hood repairs where temperatures can range up at 400F on a hot summer day.

Instruction:

1. For best results: Roughen, remove any grease and oil, clean and dry surfaces to be joined or repaired.
2. Remove plastic mixing paddle from center of black plunger. Turn nozzle end up and pull plunger back slightly (1/8in.). Allow air bubbles to rise to top. Snap off and save storage cap.
3. Push plunger evenly to dispense equal amounts of hardener and resin onto a discardable surface such as a piece of cardboard or the plastic container on the front of this package. Pull back plunger to stop flow.
4. MIX THOROUGHLY with paddle provided. Epoxy has a working time of 10 minutes.
5. Apply to surfaces to be joined or repaired. Epoxy will fixture in 2 hours and fully cure in 24 hours. Wipe nozzle clean. Replace cap for storage.

NOTE: Will not bond to polyethylene or polypropylene plastics.
